Viceroy makes music that is nothing less than fun. His beats are light, and his remixes put a tropical spin on songs (Here’s his newest remix of Ignition by R. Kelly). Hailing from San Francisco, CA Viceroy got his started in 2011, and has only gotten bigger and bigger since then. He classifies his songs as jams instead of bangers, and after listening to his music it’s easy to see why.  His sound is different than a lot of DJ’s who rely on heavy beats and bass. You can tell that he’s just trying to have fun.

His show at Necto on February 4th is sure to be a great time. His tagline is, “It’s summertime all the time.” Given the terrible weather we’re getting in Michigan right now, that sounds perfect. Get tickets here!
